La Poste is the national postal agency in France.
Remember that a normal letter post in France is called Courrier / Lettre and a Package or Parcel is called Colis. Also stamps are called Timbres.
A normal letter (<20g) sent to India costs Eur 0.85 and Eur 1,70 if (<50g). Prices may change, check the website for up to date information. For the prices wrt to the weight check here.
