Winter is here and it is snow time in Pyrenees!!
To make winter more interesting and also to celebrate the moments of Indian Republic day, "Indians in Toulouse" association is planning a one day "Snowshoe trek" at one of the most beautiful ski stations in the Midi Pyrenees region "Plateau de Beille" on 02/02/2019 Saturday
This will be a perfect opportunity for all those who dream of trekking and playing in snow. To know more about what snow shoe trek is, click on the link below.
The trek is very well suited for people of all levels including beginners. Also there are various other activities at the ski station designed specially for kids (sledge or luge etc..)

| 07:30 : Departure from Toulouse (Metro
Station Compans Caffarelli - metro line B, in front of Subway)
09:30 : Arrival at Plateau de Beille
10:00 - 13:00
: Snow shoe trek
13:00 - 17:00 : Lunch followed by free time (interested people can try skiing sledging and other activities)
17:30 : Departure from Plateau de Beille
19:30 : Arrival at Toulouse(Compans Caffarelli - metro line B)

| Tarif
| A bus would be arranged for travel. The
participation fee is as follows*:

For Adults : 40 euros (including material for snow shoe trek)
: 28 euros (includes only entry to ski station and not equipment)

For Students : 35 euros (including material for snow shoe trek) : 25 euros (includes only entry to ski station and not equipment)
·
For teens (6-15yrs) : 35 euros (including material for snow shoe trek) : 25 euros (includes only entry to ski station and not equipment) . For Kids (3-5 years) : 32 euros (including material for trek)
: 22 euros (includes only entry to ski station and not equipment)
* Participation fee
includes :
- Expenses
towards onward and return trip from and to Toulouse by bus
- Entry fees for the ski station
- Insurance at the ski station
* Other snow activities, Local travel, food and miscellaneous expenses are not included in the
tariff.

IMPORTANT POINTS
- The scheduled
departure from Toulouse is at 07:30. Please make sure that you report at the
departure point by 7h15.
- Kindly carry medicine (for cold, headache and fever),
water bottles, sunscreen, sunglasses, umbrellas, extra pair of socks
- Water proof shoes are included in the equipment given at the ski station. However if you have your own water proof shoes, you can carry them as per your comfort.
- Please ensure to carry snow jackets or trekking jackets to keep yourself warm all the time.
- It is also very well advised to wear water proof pants and not to be in jeans.
- Indians in Toulouse will not be responsible for any personal belongings
of the participants. Everyone must take care on their own.
