Fireworks: Starts at 22:30 at medieval city. Free for all. You need to go near river/bridge by 19hrs and find a place. Carry your dinner with you. Check attached map for best place to view fireworks

Agenda

13h45    : Departure from Toulouse (Bus terminus outside Metro Station Argoulets - metro line A)

 

15h00    : Drop at Carcassonne parking:

                  [15h00  to 00h00 your time to visit city and Fireworks Show]

00h15    : Start return trip to Toulouse

          03h00    : Arrival at Toulouse (select your nearest 8 drop points in the registration form )

[Note : This is not a guided tour

We only provide transport arrangements from Toulouse -->  Carcossonne --> Toulouse. Visiting city and fireworks is your responsibility ]

Important Point: Due to the crowd and traffic on the Motorway, there may be a delay in returning to Toulouse (tentatively 3am). There would be no bus and metro transportation during this hour, so please plan your transportation back home accordingly from the drop points .

Tarif

We are planning to hire a bus for this day trip. Participation fee is as follows*: 

·         For  Adults     : 15 euros

·         For Kids         : 12 euros

·         For students   : 12 euros

* Participation fee includes expenses towards onward and return trip to Toulouse by bus

* City Visits, other attractions, entry fees, food and miscellaneous expenses are not included in the tariff.

* Fee will not be reimbursed upon cancellation after 9th July

 

Registration

Registration is mandatory (including payment). The last date for registration and payment of fees is Sunday 13th July 2014. This would help us in better planning.

Please fill in the registration form (see end of page) and make sure you pay the money to one of the volunteers identified below.

IMPORTANT POINTS

 

 1)      The scheduled departure from Toulouse is at 13h45. Please make sure that you report at the departure point by 13h30.

 2)      Identity cards must (Carte sejour, pass port)

         3)      Please catch the bus at above mentioned time at Carcassonne. If you miss the bus, you need to do your own travel arrangements.

         4)      Organizers request to take care of yourself and your belongings.

        5)        Carry your umbrellas just in case of rain/sunny.

         5)      All reservations on 'First come, First Served Basis’, Registration closes once the bus is full .Book your seat right now!
