Dear all,
Following
the tradition of last few years, we plan to commemorate the Indian
independence day with all fellow Indians in Toulouse. On this
occasion we propose a one day picnic to the region of Aveyron on the 15th of August 2018. - Visit to Millau Viaduct,the tallest bridge in the world.
- Visit to Roquefort Papillon cheese factory
- Rest of the day will be spent by the lake side "Lac de Pareloup - Plage des Vernhes" with plenty of games and other activities.

15:45 - 19:00 → Games and other leisure activities at the lake side + Flag hoisting 19:00 - 22:00 → Return journey to Toulouse

A bus will be arranged for travel. The participation costs are as mentioned below.
- Adults : 35 Euro*
- Students : 30 Euro*
- Kids (Below 5 years) : 30 Euro*
* Participation fee includes :
- Expenses towards onward and inward journey from and to Toulouse by bus
- Visit of the Millau Viaduct Bridget
* City visits, other attractions, food and miscellaneous expenses are not included in the tariff.
Everyone must make their own arrangements for food.

IMPORTANT POINTS - The scheduled departure from Toulouse is at 07h30. Please make sure that you report at the
departure point well before 07h30.
- Identity cards
must (Carte sejour / Passport)
- Students must show their identity cards to avail the reduction in price.
- Due to currently prevailing hot weather, it is advisable to carry water bottles, hats, sunglasses, umbrellas etc.. as per your requirements.
- Swimming is allowed at the lake under surveillance. Those interested to swim can carry appropriate clothing.
- Canoeing and pedal boats will be available for rent at the lake. However we request you to take care of your security.
- Disposable plastic plates, spoons, glasses and paper napkins will be provided by organizers.
- Indians in Toulouse will not be responsible for any personal belongings of the participants. Everyone must take care on their own.
